What I love about dealing with David was he was the one and only point of contact. He did not pass me over to another loan officer or processor. When I asked a question or checked status of loan, he was the one that answered and was always accountable. The line of communication was excellent so I knew when the appraisal was finished , when all conditions were cleared and when the mortgage was ready to close.
